Avyxo Refund Policy

In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we want to make the returns process as seamless as possible. You may return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Any item (excluding exemptions listed below) can be returned to us for any reason, provided it is returned in 'showroom condition' with its original packaging and tags, accompanied by a valid receipt/delivery note. If the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any fees incurred by the store.

Please refrain from opening or sampling the product, as this will invalidate your right to a refund.

To initiate the returns process, please visit your online account and follow the instructions provided.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. For credit and debit card refunds, the amount will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. For cheque payments, refunds will be issued in cash, but please note that due to banking restrictions, this process may take up to 14 days from the original purchase date. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be processed without a valid receipt/delivery note, as this is necessary to prevent fraudulent claims.

Refunds will be issued for faulty or incorrect items returned within 14 working days, including any delivery charges incurred by the buyer (excluding 'Special Delivery') at the time of returning the item. If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition, but for any reason you wish to return them, we will refund the full value of the goods upon receipt of your returned goods, excluding any shipping costs.

Please note that as we are a small business, refunds are only accepted for product quality issues. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
