Terms of Service

Contract

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order for the goods and delivery services you requested. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Avyxo to buy the goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance by sending a confirmation email. The contract between you and Avxoy is only formed when we send you this delivery confirmation.

The contract only concerns the goods we have confirmed for delivery in the delivery confirmation. We are not obliged to provide any other goods that may be included in your order until we confirm delivery of these goods in a separate delivery confirmation.

If we cancel our contract with you, the reasons may include:

We do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you ordered.
The delivery service provider does not offer services to your area.
One or more items you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect price information received from our suppliers.
We have reason to suspect the risk of fraudulent transactions.

If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and refund any amounts deducted by us as soon as possible but within 30 days from the date of the order (excluding delivery charges provided by the delivery service provider directly). We will not be obligated to provide any additional compensation for any disappointment caused to you.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days after the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. We accept returns for any reason as long as the items are returned in their original packaging and tags, with a valid receipt/delivery note, in "showroom condition" (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

Returns can be made by mail. You should always retain proof of postage, and we recommend using a "signed for" service when returning items.

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us in a safe and secure manner and in a resalable condition (original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories) for a refund or exchange.

Please securely package your items, send them back via a tracked courier, and include a copy of the receipt and return form to:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be returned to the card used in the original transaction. Check payments will be refunded in cash, but due to banking restrictions, can only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds without a valid receipt/delivery note due to frequent fraudulent activities.

For defective or incorrect items returned within 14 working days, any delivery charges borne by the buyer will be refunded (excluding "express delivery").

If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason, we will refund the value of the goods upon receiving the returned items (and you will need to pay the service fee generated in the store), excluding any shipping costs.

Accuracy of Website Content

The Avyxo website team strives to create images and descriptions displayed on our website as accurately as possible.

The product details, specifications, and applicability information posted are the best available at the time. Avyxo is not responsible for the accuracy of any advice regarding the applicability of parts needed for repairs (or other aspects). If the goods you ordered do not match what you expected based on the description on www.Avxoy.com, we will deduct the service fee generated in the store upon returning the goods, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
